Meet The Founders
MHV Properties’ founders, Megan and Hunter Vigneault, have long been passionate about real estate and helping local communities. Originally from the northeast, they have settled in and embraced living in Middle Tennessee. As an urban planner and commercial real estate broker respectively, Megan and Hunter aim to apply their passion and experience to help shape the local communities where they live and work.
Megan’s career has been focused largely on helping real estate owners and developers to improve their assets by increasing energy efficiency and implementing sustainability strategies, leveraging incentives and providing a better product for tenants. Hunter has a diverse background that spans finance, small business, and real estate, all of which he brings to MHV’s operations.
