MHV Properties is a privately held real estate investment company operating within the greater Nashville region. Founded with a hands-on value-add background in small multifamily and mixed-use properties, the firm is now strategically focused on acquiring and operating mid-size multifamily assets.

Our current acquisition strategy targets 14–20 unit properties in strong Nashville-area submarkets with stable in-place cash flow and modest operational upside. We seek long-term holds supported by conservative leverage, professional management, and disciplined capital allocation.
